REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

LIVEKICKZ offers our customers the option to return unused/unworn merchandise within 30 DAYS of purchase for REFUND we will issue you a return label upon request via our email at livekickz1@yahoo.com. The original shipping fee will not be reimbursed. 

 

Please note, when returning items to us, you are responsible for the return. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our premises as we cannot be responsible until they reach us.

In the meantime you can jump back on our site and place a new order for the size you’d like to receive, or alternatively you can wait for your refund to appear before placing this second order.

The packaging must be completely intact and all tags attached in order to process a return. Any footwear returns must be shipped in its original packaging. We do not provide refunds for worn or damaged merchandise. After processing a return, the customer will be issued a refund of the original amount back to your form of payment as stated the original shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
