SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed, this means packed, checked for and quality checked. Upon processing, items take 3 - 7 days to be delivered once shipped with standard shipping and 1 - 3 days with express shipping

Shipping does not take place on major holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Friday ship out the following week after Monday.

LIVEKICKZ is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. All claims must be filed with the carrier chosen at checkout. LIVEKICKZ is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

Any packages unclaimed or processed back to LIVEKICKZ will only be refunded for the value of the item, no shipping will be refunded.

Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier, no exceptions. We are not responsible for any missing, stolen, or lost packages.
